Philosophy

Can we live peacefully
beyond the workshop?

In learning spaces, we experience hearts opening and connecting. But when we return to daily life — at home, at work, in the middle of conflict — that sense fades. Life outside the classroom is always more complex, more irregular, more human.

This course is designed to actually live NVC and mindfulness within that 'everyday messiness'. The Ongo Book 2.0 helps you embody habits of peace and compassion through sustained inspiration, step-by-step guidance, and community support.

This book invites you to prioritize the meditative values of compassion and clarity in ordinary daily life. It is full of practical advice.

— Sharon Salzberg, Lovingkindness author
Peace

Peace

The practice of maintaining inner stillness even in the chaos of daily life. Through stillness, speech, and action meditation, peace becomes a way of living.

Wisdom

Wisdom

You free yourself from habitual thought patterns and learn to listen to the signals of body and emotion. Awareness opens the door to wisdom.
